At Maverick Drone Systems, we stand behind our high-performance technology; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your equipment in its original condition within 15 days of delivery. Please note that activated aircraft or software licenses are subject to specific manufacturer restrictions regarding eligibility.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the drone and all original accessories, manuals, and packaging into a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Maverick

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking information.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and flight logs, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
